Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be returned in the original packaging with all protective films, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Buyer pays return postage unless the item is defective due to a verified manufacturing issue.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Items purchased as Final Sale or under a promotional discount (see “Sale & Promotional Items” below)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Products purchased on sale, promotion, or using a discount code are eligible for exchange only (size, color, or product replacement) and are not eligible for full refunds.

  • Exchanges for promotional items are subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 1–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance are non-refundable.

  • In case of partial refunds, only the product value (excluding shipping and discounts) will be refunded.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

At Ronin Watch, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

  • If you contact us before your order has been fulfilled, we will do our best to honor your cancellation request.

  • If the order has already been packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, since there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds via PayPal are normally processed without delay.


CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Ronin Watch is not liable for any customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by customs processing. As we ship internationally, customs clearance times vary by country. While delays are rare, we cannot provide refunds for shipments delayed or held by customs.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at support@ronin.watch with your order number and details.


WARRANTY POLICY

All Ronin Watch products come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering:

  • Mechanical components (movement, hands, crown, bracelet/strap links, and buckles)

  • Manufacturing defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Scratches to sapphire glass

  • General wear and tear

  • Battery replacements

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
